How do I book a birthday party?
Simply select "Book Now" anywhere on this page. You will then be given options for different party packages, dates and times, as well as the opportunity to select add-ons such as fruit platters or cotton candy.
Can I just show up with a group and have a party?
We discourage doing this for a number of reasons. We cannot guarantee that there will be a space available as it is often reserved ahead of time or in use. We also cannot allow cake or decorations to be brought in unless it is part of a paid party package. Additionally, there is a limit to the size of walk in groups we are able to accommodate.
How long are the birthday party time slots?
They are 2 hours long with a 15 minute window beforehand to allow parties to get ready. If you will need a longer time slot, please reach out to [email protected] prior to booking to ensure availability.
Do you plan out how we use our 2 hour party time?
Not usually. Most parties start with games, food, cake, presents, then mini golf. But we usually just help facilitate the flow of the party and allow you to run the show. If you would like, we are more than happy to create a schedule of events for your party so you can fully relax. Just specify in the booking notes or email [email protected] for assistance.
How does the arcade work?
All games are played with a game card. We have options to pay with a debit or credit card at any kiosk or at the prize counter register to purchase or reload game cards. Games range from 4-32 credits, with most being in the 6-8 range. To purchase a new card, there is a $2 fee included. The $2 fee is added onto the credit balance at purchase time. Refills of cards do not charge this fee (this includes cards that are included with party packages).
Are escape rooms or mini golf included in the party packages?
Neither are included in any of the packages, however, birthday parties can enjoy 50% off admission to mini golf (per guest specified at booking) on the day of the party. No reservation is needed to play.
What is the minimum number of guests? Is there a limit?
There is a minimum of 10 paid guests for a party, the maximum is 16. This accounts for children only.
What if some of my guests don't show up or cancel?
We do not offer any refunds on no-shows. If this happens, you will still receive the same number of cards, food, and mini golf discounts that was originally booked for. Extra cards will be delivered to the adult in charge.
Are adults included in the party package?
No, our party packages are designed for children. Adults are welcome but are not included in the price unless otherwise noted. If you are expecting more than 5 adults or need special accommodations, please let us know prior to the start time of party. We want everyone to be comfortable.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for store bought cake. Please bring your own plates and utensils for serving.
