Mini golf
Do I need a reservation?
Mini golf is first come, first served. Purchase admission when you arrive. Clubs and balls are provided; you may also bring your own putter.
How much does mini golf cost?
$13 per guest when paying by credit or debit card, or $12 cash. Ask at the counter about senior, first responder, and military discounts.
How long does a round take?
Allow about 45 minutes, depending on your pace, group size, and how busy the course is. Last admission is 45 minutes before closing.
Is the course accessible?
All 18 holes are designed to be ADA accessible and wheelchair friendly. Wheelchairs and sit-down walkers are available to borrow at no charge.
Can I walk along without playing?
Only paid golfers may enter the course. There are no unpaid walk-ons.
How large can our team be?
Plan on 4–5 golfers per hole. Larger groups may need to split into smaller teams. Please allow faster teams to play through.
Is it indoors?
Yes. All 18 holes are indoors in a climate-controlled space, so your visit can go ahead rain or shine.
Can we arrange an early opening or group visit?
Private openings outside regular hours require a minimum of 25 guests. Email [email protected] to discuss your school trip, company outing, or group event.
Arcade
How do game cards work?
Load a reusable card at a self-service kiosk with a credit or debit card, or pay cash at the prize counter. Games use credits rather than quarters or tokens.
Do credits and tickets expire?
No. Keep your card and save remaining credits and earned tickets for a future visit. Reloading has no new-card fee; new cards have a $2 fee.
When does the prize counter close?
The prize counter closes 15 minutes before the arcade. Allow time to choose and redeem your prizes.
Can I buy prizes with cash?
Prize-counter items are redeemed with tickets and are not sold for cash.
Are there flashing lights and loud sounds?
Yes. Arcade games include flashing lights, sound effects, and music. Guests with light or sound sensitivities should consider this before entering.
Birthday parties
How many children can attend?
Party packages require at least 10 paid children and accommodate up to 16. Adults are not included in the package price. Let us know ahead of time if you expect more than five adults.
Are mini golf and escape rooms included?
They are booked and purchased separately. Paid arcade-party guests can purchase mini golf admission at 50% off at the golf counter on the day of the party.
How long is our party?
Your reserved party space is available for two hours, with a 15-minute setup window beforehand. Contact us before booking if you need more time.
Can we bring cake and decorations?
Store-bought cake is allowed with a paid party package; bring plates and utensils. Small table or chair decorations are welcome. No piñatas, banners, large balloon bouquets, noisemakers, latex balloons, or confetti. Other outside food and drinks are not allowed.
What about allergies or extra food?
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when booking, or contact us at least 24 hours beforehand. Order additional restaurant food at least two hours in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
No refunds or credits for cancellations, no-shows, or late starts. Rescheduling requests must be made at least seven days before the reservation. Severe weather exceptions apply when venue operations are affected.
What happens if a guest does not attend?
The booked amount of food, arcade cards, and mini golf discounts is still provided. Extra game cards are given to the adult in charge.
Can we hold a walk-in birthday party?
Book a paid party package to reserve space and bring cake or decorations. Space cannot be guaranteed for walk-in parties.
